Came here because Arthur Avenue pizza recently joined them. Very cool setting and the pizza was delicious. Would definitely come back.

The menu had looked really good when we checked it out before arrival so we had high hopes. But when we arrived we were disappointed to find out it's very small with only a few tables and it's more of a bar than a restaurant. We came for lunch on a Saturday around 1:30pm and were told that the kitchen doesn't open until 4pm. I didn't find this anywhere on the website so we were annoyed that we had gone out of our way to try this place. Unfortunately we probably won't be returning to find out how the food is.

The service is outstanding, but unfortunately they've changed their menu and now they should change their name to Brennolli's because they've become an Italian restaurant. Thank god they serve pizza because I can't imagine where else I would find pizza in CT. They still serve wings but when we ordered them, they came out undercooked. Stick a fork in this place, they're done.

What happened to the the regular menu with a good variety of appetizers and along with traditional Irish fare? The new menu is overpriced and has Italian dishes on it. $17 for clams casino? A 20 minute wait for buffalo wings? Didn't see any happy hr dishes either. Where are the regular bartenders that were really good? Very disappointed in one of my old favorites, especially the new menu.

Best Reuben sandwich in the area. The corned beef is tasty and not too salty. Combining with the toasted bread and cheese, it render a delicious sandwich. The deco is rustic but not extreme. Overall, Brennan is a very nice neighborhood bar to hang out or have a quick bite.
